Information we collect
When you request an estimate through our website, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you are interested in, and any details you add.
If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you share with us in that conversation. If you become a customer, we keep records related to your property, the work performed, scheduling, and billing.
When you submit a lead form through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, that platform passes us the contact details you chose to share.
Phone calls and text messages
When we cannot answer the phone, calls may be answered by a virtual assistant that takes your details and passes them to us. These calls may be recorded and transcribed, and you are told so at the start of the call. We use recordings and transcripts to make sure we have your request right and to follow up accurately. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please tell us and we will take your details another way.
If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by call or text about your estimate, scheduling, or work at your property. You can ask us to stop texting at any time and we will.
Cookies and website tracking
Our website uses a small number of third-party tools that set cookies or collect usage data:
Google Analytics and Google Ads — to understand how people find and use the site, and to measure whether our advertising is working.
Meta Pixel — to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show ads to people who have visited our site.
These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser across visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and both Google and Meta offer their own ad personalization controls in your account settings on those platforms.
How we use your information
We use what we collect to respond to estimate requests, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work at your property, invoice you and take payment, keep in touch about your service, answer questions, and understand which of our advertising actually brings in customers.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as needed to do the job:
Our scheduling, quoting, invoicing and phone answering software; the service that delivers our website estimate form to us; payment processors; our advertising platforms for measuring ad performance; and, on projects such as masonry or hardscaping, the subcontractor performing that portion of the work.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details, and we do not share them with unrelated companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and business record obligations. If you are no longer a customer and want your information removed, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email info@twogenlandscape.com or call (203) 829-1411 and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
Our services are for property owners and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
