These terms apply to anyone who uses our website, requests an estimate, or hires TwoGen Landscaping. We have kept them as short and plain as we can. If a written quote, proposal, or contract we give you says something different, that document controls for that job.
Who we are
TwoGen Landscaping is the trade name of Izazaga Exterior LLC, a landscaping and property care company based in Norwalk, Connecticut. “We,” “us,” and “TwoGen” mean Izazaga Exterior LLC. “You” means the person requesting or receiving our services.
Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you request an estimate, approve a quote, schedule or allow us to begin work, or pay for our services. If you do not agree, please let us know before work begins.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free. A quote covers only the work written on it and is based on the conditions we could see when we quoted. If you ask for additional work, or we find conditions we could not reasonably see (buried debris, rock, drainage problems, hidden damage), we will tell you and get your approval before doing extra work that changes the price. Quotes expire after the period stated on the quote.
For home improvement projects that Connecticut law requires to be under a written contract, such as patios, walls, and other hardscaping, you will receive a separate written contract. That contract, and the rights it gives you under Connecticut law, controls for that project.
Scheduling and weather
Service dates are our best estimate. Weather, ground conditions, material delivery, and safety can move a date. We will let you know about any change and reschedule as soon as practical.
Access to your property
Please make sure we can reach the work area on the scheduled day. That means gates are unlocked, vehicles are moved, and pets are secured. Please tell us about or mark anything we could hit or damage that is hard to see, such as sprinkler heads and lines, invisible pet fences, landscape lighting wires, septic components, and private utility lines. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not marked or disclosed to us.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Deposits, payment schedules, and billing for recurring service are set out on your quote or service agreement. Past-due balances may lead us to pause service until the account is brought current.
Plants and living materials
Plants, sod, and seed are living things. Their survival depends on watering, weather, wildlife, and care after we leave. Unless your quote includes a written plant or workmanship guarantee, we do not guarantee plant survival or growth.
Concerns and damage
If you are not happy with our work, or you believe something was damaged, please tell us promptly and give us a chance to look at it and make it right. Photos help.
Subcontractors
Some specialized work, such as masonry and hardscaping, may be performed by qualified subcontractors working with us.
Photos, video, and marketing content
Showing our work is how we earn new customers, so we regularly photograph and film our work before, during, and after each job.
By requesting an estimate or hiring TwoGen, you give Izazaga Exterior LLC permission to photograph, film, and record the work areas of your property, and to use, edit, and publish those photos and videos on our website, social media, advertising, and other marketing, in any format, without payment to you. This permission continues after the job is finished unless you withdraw it as described below.
People in our content. If you or others at your property appear in photos or video we take while working, you agree that we may use that content in the same way, and you confirm that you have the right to give this permission for the people who live at the property.
How we protect you:
We do not publish your name, street address, or house number, and we avoid showing license plates, without your permission.
We do not feature children in our content without a parent’s permission. If a child appears by accident, we will blur or crop them out.
We do not record your private conversations for our content.
We will not use content in a way that is embarrassing or misleading about you or your property.
Opting out. You can tell us at any time, by email, text, or phone, that you do not want your property or yourself in our content. We will stop taking new photos and video of your property, stop using existing content in new posts and ads, and remove posts on accounts we control within a reasonable time. We cannot recall content that has already been printed or that other people have shared or saved.
Text messaging
TwoGen Landscaping sends text messages about estimate requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, and customer support. You agree to receive these texts when you give us your mobile number through our website estimate form, by calling or texting us, or on a quote or service agreement.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (203) 829-1411 or info@twogenlandscape.com. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using our website
The text, photos, logos, and design on this website belong to TwoGen Landscaping and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Information on the site, including cost guides and how-to articles, is general information and is not a quote. Prices and conditions on your property may differ.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Connecticut law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the date at the top, is the current one.
